How do I maintain my 15-kilo weight loss to start off my day?


 Hello everyone, and welcome back to what I ate today. This has been a popular topic since my weight loss journey began, and I'm going to tell you how I kept my 15-pound weight reduction. To begin my day, I must have a cup of coffee. I drink the Nescafe vanilla latte sachet with very hot water since I like my coffee very hot. This varies every morning because sometimes I prefer the Nescafe Blender and other times I prefer the sweetness that the vanilla adds to the sachets, so I always swap it up.

I always have my morning coffee while getting ready for university or work, and then I have my breakfast. My breakfast varies; I sometimes like smoothies, and sometimes I like fruit salad, but today I decided to have my cucumber tomato and boiled egg mini salad, which I make by simply chopping up my cucumber in little circles and then chopping up my tomatillo. This is my favourite breakfast since it keeps me satisfied for a long time because it's such a filling meal that not only tastes delicious but also keeps you going throughout the morning, so I placed it on a plate and made it look nice, even though it'll probably be demolished in the next 0.2 seconds, but to garnish and make it taste even more yum yum. I add black pepper cracked black pepper I love my pepper you come to realise that and I also add chilli flakes chilli flakes just keeps my metabolism going and adds a little kick and a little spice so I love having this for breakfast for lunch I had a Trina salad now usually with my lunch it's always out work or university so I love having this for breakfast for lunch I had a Trina salad now usually with my lunch it's always out work so I love having this for breakfast for lunch Because I'm usually doing stuff with my life, it's difficult for me to demonstrate how I'd pack a Chino salad, so I just got lettuce leaves and chopped them up pretty small so there aren't any huge chunks in my salad. I then put the salad leaves in a disposable container, which makes it so much easier, especially when dealing with oil from the tuna. The tuna I use is actually China in olive oil; I sometimes get the one with chilli and then the one with lemon and herb, but today I decided to just go with the original, and I then savoured it on top of the lettuce leaves.

And put it in my container so I can sprinkle it over my salad when I eat it fresh, and they have a lovely quick packed lunch for supper I just had leftover chicken from the night before all I do is pull my chicken and marinade it with salt pepper chilli flakes and Oregon. Oh, I usually have it with veggies or a salad, but today I just felt like having it with hot sauce and that was basically my dinner I didn't feel like having any veggies or salad I just had a plain chicken with sauce when I feel like a snack or want to nibble on something this is what I have I usually have a banana and then two dates this banana is a massive by the way yeah so And during the day, I drink water that has been infused with orange, which adds flavour to the water rather than making it bland, so that's all.
